About
22nd.Side is a film archive and screening project I run. The aim is to sift through films I've latched onto over the years, the ones that have slipped through the cracks, and putting them in front of audiences who seek more out of the usual cinema programming.Cult classics, world cinema, low-budget discoveries and personal favourites make up the 22nd.side ouvre. Some other seasons I've mapped out draw on interests that have also stuck with me: spanning astronomy, sport, concert films, cryptic pulp and early digital oddities.Screenings can take place in basements, rooftops, independent cinemas, community venues, Usually Nowhere flashy. Just a room, a projector, and a film worth watching…

Curator bio
Archivist, library scientist and film programmer, born & raised here in north London. Studied in Kent & a Barbican Young Film Programmers alum. Engaged in local work together with @haringeycommunitycinema early on and have gotten involved with screenings for @cc4pal and @anticolonialfilmclub
